She has over 15 years of high-tech experience and has observed hundreds of people interact with technology.  She is an expert in user experience strategy, inclusive design, digital marketing, and effective project management.

Prior to being an independent user experience consultant, Becky defined and designed user experiences for Mad*Pow, a user-centered design agency, and Mullen, an advertising and interactive agency. At Mullen she helped clients such as GM, Virgin Money, Saks Fifth Avenue, and StrideRite create highly engaging advertising campaigns, microsites, corporate websites, and other interactive tools. She aided growing brands in defining their online presence and creating a cohesive experience between online and offline channels.
